This is a specific skill–set conditioning class designed to improve fundamental aspects of Krav Maga techniques. This class will focus on improving the hand to hand combat and fighting capabilities of the participant through striking drills, pad work, and sparring. The application of ring fighting techniques in combination with the most effective forms of classic martial arts striking technique, will compliment one’s ability to improve his or her Krav Maga training.
The additional benefit is that this class runs based on drills, to give the participant a great high intensity cardiovascular workout. Open to all members, this program consists of both beginner and advanced drills that vary based on the degree of intensity.
