James Sherman (IKMA instructor) completed his instructor training in Israel with Grandmaster Gidon in the summer of 2007, December 2007, and summer of 2008. James continues his instructor training with Grandmaster Gidon, Yigal Arbiv and David Kahn. James is the CEO of Manhattan Trainers and has extensive pedigrees and expertise in strength training, conditioning and overall fitness.
